Tariffs The rate is based on 4 pax. Bed configuration is 1 x queen and 2 x singles. Additional bedding requirements must be pre-arranged. Additional person is $25/ night. MetroStay requires a 50% deposit, with balance due not less than 14 days prior to arrival. Cancellations are subject to a 10% cancellation fee, if cancelled at least 14 days of arrival. If cancellations are made within 14 days of arrival date, a refund will only be issue (less 10% cancellation fee) if the venue is able to be re-let. ****All amounts are in Australian dollars *****No refunds for non-arrivals
